How to Re-Discover Your Passion

Brendon Burchard shared some tips on how to rediscover our passion.

Rest well. Sleep 7-8 hours daily. Meditate. Take a short nap. Keep your energy level high by getting sufficient rest. Rejuvenate yourself.

Visualize. Day dream. Think of the things that really fire you up. The things that you kept on dreaming when you were still young, back in school. When you are not drowned with stress in the so-called “reality” of life.

Constantly remind yourself to be passionate in life. Put reminder in your phone. To be consistently reminded to think about your passions.

Celebrate the small wins and small milestones reached. Don’t just keep chasing the next goal. Be proud of what you have done. Be happy of what you have achieved.
