Self Talk

A wise man can learn more from a foolish question than a fool can learn from a wise answer. – Bruce Lee

It is important to have a positive self talk.

It works better than having a negative self talk, or none at all.

However, Daniel Pink says that there is a better way – and that is interrogative self talk.

Simply put – ask yourself questions. The brain will be left with no choice but to respond to the questions.

Not all questions are created equal. The question asked should be those that are helpful the situation you are in.

Ask : Can you do this? If yes, how?

Try this out when you face a stressful situation. See if you can benefit from this simple exercise.
