Negativity

Have you ever get stuck in negative thoughts? Negativity that seems to envelope you, cover you in the mist where you can’t seem to escape, no matter what you do?

And have you realized that it tends to linger longer and doesn’t seem to want to leave you?

Want to know how to solve it better? To solve it, you must first know why it happen.

If you are negative, most likely you are stuck indoor. In a small, enclosed room with no proper ventilation.  Thoughts seem to surround you longer. How to solve it? Get outdoor. Get in touch with nature. Smell the fresh air. Enjoy the simplicity of life.

If you are negative, most likely your room is cluttered. Or your desk is full of paperwork, scattered around. How to solve it? Tidy it up. Little by little, step by step, make it a priority to de-clutter the area you are in. Make more space for you.

If you are negative, most likely you are befriending negative people. Misery loves company. Melancholy broods among them. How to solve it? Get in touch with positive people. Mingle with those who exude life and energy in everything that they do. Positivism is contagious.

Know that it is normal. There is always ups and downs in life. Unless it is chronic, you should be able to handle it. If it really overwhelms you, please talk to your loved ones and get professional help.
