Setting Goals

Adrienne Dorison shared her three steps in setting successful goals.

First, you must make a decision. Be committed in it. Don’t just be merely interested, be committed.

Secondly, you have to believe in it. You have to believe in your capability to achieve your goals within the time line.

Finally, you have to take actions. Actions materialize your intangible goals. Actions, regardless of good or bad, would give you feedback. And from there, you will know whether you should continue doing it, or to change your strategies accordingly.
