Prevention and Cure

Love is the great miracle cure. Loving ourselves works miracles in our lives. – Louise L. Hay

As the sayings go, prevention is better than cure.

Prevention is the pain of maintaining a good habit.
Cure is the pain of rectifying a bad habit.

Do you wish to eat an apple a day to keep fit?
Or do you wish to eat medicine to cure your cold?

Do you wish to study harder before exam?
Or do you wish to study harder for re-test?

Do you wish to treat others with respect?
Or to treat others after you lost their respect?

It’s either the pain of hard work or the pain of regret.

Look through your life today. Whether it is about your health, your career, your relationship, your personal development, what is the lack you see? How can you prevent the dire situation that you may be heading towards to?
